Hernia Nucleus
Pulposus (HNP) is a disease, in which the soft pads between the vertebrae (soft
gel disc or Nucleus Pulposus) experience pressure and rupture, causing
constriction and tightening of the nerves through our spine.
Other pinched
nerves are caused by the exit of the nucleus pulposus from the disc through the
rupture of the annulus fibrosus to press down on the medullas spinalis or
pointing dorsolaterally to suppress the spinal nerve causing intense pain.
The causes of
HNP are various. The risk factors include smoking, coughing that is too long,
the wrong way to sit, driving too often, how to lift the wrong items, etc. As
we get older, the ability of the disc to perform its function also decreases.
The above factors can cause herniation, namely the release of an organ through
a gap in the body.
Men and women
have the same risk of experiencing HNP and the average HNP sufferer is between
the ages of 30 and 50 years. Usually, the spine that is most commonly affected
by HNP is the waist (lumbar). However, it does not rule out the possibility of
HNP occurring in the cervical spine or chest.
Causes of HNP /
Clamp Nerves
The causes of HNP itself vary, ranging from the wrong move so that the spine
has a narrowing down, some because it often carries heavy loads during the
growth period so that as adults the spine narrows and clasps the nerves, as
well as the wrong body posture habits for many years. -years so that there is a
narrowing of the spine and clamping of the nerves.
There are several factors that can cause HNP:
- excess body weight
- lifestyle
- body postures that are not positioned correctly
- degenerative changes
- collision injury/trauma
- smoking
- long and continuous coughing
- pressure on the spine
- often drive for a long time
- old age
- abnormalities in the spine
Symptoms of HNP
/ Clamp Nerves
Patients with
HNP can be characterized by sharp piercing pain such as 'teeth' at the bottom
of the waist that radiates to the buttocks crease, but in more severe
circumstances, people with HNP can experience paralysis. Other symptoms that
can arise are impotence that occurs in male sufferers. This happens when the
nerve is sandwiched between L 1-5 or disturbance at S1-5.
Even worse can
cause infertility when a laceration is pinched on the piston (T - 12). That's
why it is necessary to immediately take a serious examination if we have
complaints along the spine.
Symptoms and
signs of HNP depend on the affected vertebrae and the severity of the
compression/clamping that occurs. HNP in the neck segment will cause pain or
sealing in the neck or shoulder that spreads to the arm.
Pain in HNP can
increase when coughing or straining. Other symptoms include tingling or
numbness that spreads to the arms. In severe HNP it will be marked by paralysis
of the limbs. In the initial stages of weakness in the grip, then the
difficulty of lifting the arms such as combing hair or buttoning. In more
severe conditions paralysis will be followed by the arms of the other side and
both legs. Other symptoms that can arise are impotence.
HNP on the waist
segment will cause pain in the waist that spreads to the legs. Generally, in
the calf area. In layman's language, pain is like electrocution. Like neck HNP,
pain in the HNP of the waist will also be more pronounced when coughing or
straining. Other symptoms are tingling, numbness. In more severe circumstances
the pain will be felt more when walking or sitting for a long time. Paralysis
in waist HNP is the inability to walk with tiptoes or walk in heels.
Continuation of
pain will have an impact on muscle stiffness which results in the appearance of
the hip & affected limbs were not the same as the healthy one next to it.
As a symptom of the continuation, be aware or not. Movement in certain
directions is very limited and unable to mobilize the body normally.
Symptoms (at the
waist)
Tingling
(numbness) in the legs
Thigh and leg
muscles become weak
Very intense
pain in the waist that runs toward the heel follows the nerve pathway. This
symptom is called Sciatica. Paralyzed, if exposed to the main nerve.
Symptoms (neck)
Tingling in the
arm
Arm and hand
muscles become weak
Neck pain,
especially in the back and sides
Pain spreads to
the shoulders, arms, hands, and fingers.
Diagnosis of Hernia Nucleus Pulposus (Clamp Nerves)
The most
accurate way to diagnose this condition is by using MRI (Magnetic Resonance
Imaging) radiology, which can be seen clearly in the pinched nerve disk segment
and how large the nucleus pulposus is in contact with.
Prevention of
HNP / Clamp Nerves
Some ways that
can be used are Control weight so that the pressure on the spine is not heavy,
sit with the right posture, exercise to maintain muscle flexibility and
strength, avoid repetitive activities.
Treatment of HNP
/ Clamp Nerves
The recommended
exercise is swimming and yoga. Swimming has a thrust and the force of
attraction produced from swimming improves the shape of the spine. Swimming in
hot water is better because it can relax the tightened muscles and nerves so
that it quickly returns the shape of the spine. Acupuncture therapy is also
recommended for HNP treatment.
Ginger Benefits
For Treatment Of HNP (Clamp Nerves)
Did you know
that ginger food flavoring can be used to help overcome nerve clamps? Yes, a
pinched nerve which is one of the deadly diseases causes pain in the sufferer
and makes the activity disturbed.
Ginger can help
overcome pain caused by HNP, ginger includes rhizomes whose popularity as
spices and medicinal herbs can no doubt be 100% efficacious. The dominant spicy
race is amazingly steady.
Ginger has
important nutrients for the body, the nutritional content includes A, B, C, E,
phosphorus and iron, also magnesium, calcium, and beta-carotene. In it, there
is a strong anti-inflammatory content so the benefits are very good to use.
This is why ginger can help overcome your clamp nerves. For processing it is
very easy, just need to make ginger powder and apply it to the body that
experiences pinched nerves.

ReplyDeleteHerbal Piles tablets Online
Goji Berries... yes... I tried those too.for my health conditions, Those sweet, red berries seemed to help, but only during the time when I consumed them. I don't want to take a drug for the rest of my life, so why would I want to take a natural supplement everyday for the rest of my life (although Goji berries are very tasty and are highly nourishing). To me this was not a cure either (and I'm LOOKING for the CURE).
ReplyDeleteUp to that point, I hadn't found a cure. I felt like a young jumbled mess. I continued to have extreme pain, but continued on my path to healing. I started to focus on myself and not everyone else. When I was a young adult, I took on too much responsibility out of a sense of obligation. This was no longer healthy for me, so I resigned from all my projects and groups. Those days to come were the best [and worst] days. I took a lot of time off work, yet began to feel so extremely exhausted. Many health professionals "diagnosed" me with adrenal fatigue & Hiv,Prostate Cancer so my situation was annoying then I keep searching for permanent cure online that's when I came to know of Dr God hands whom god has bleesed with ancestral herbs gift to heal people with disease like .Cancers,Alzheimer's disease,HPV,Men & Women Infertility,Melanoma, Mesothelioma, Diabetes, Multiple myeloma, Parkinson's disease,Neuroendocrine tumors,Herpes, Hiv/Aids,Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma,, chronic diarrhea, COPD,Love spell, Hepatitis... so i make a purchase of his herbal medicines and I have being watching my health for 6 years now and I actually comfirmed that his herbal medicines are permamnent cure and I'm so happy that i came to know of his herbal healings. You can contact Dr God hands Email: doctorgodhands@gmail.com WhatsApp: +2349057214220. if you gone through exactly what I go through in terms of health conditions because really honest there is more to learn about natural herbs than medical drugs.
